American Scale Service & Supply Co. was formed by Rich Werth in 1988. He is a 34 year veteran of the scale industry, beginning with Howe Richardson as a service and sales manager. Since that time, hard work and dedication to his craft have now produced a million dollar plus a year business. The service technicians combined, have over 75 years experience in the scale industry. In addition, we have several sales representatives and office help. Their service fleet consist of trucks stocked with equipment for on-the-job testing, calibration and repair. Service personnel are also highly trained for installation of the weighing equipment. The service territory of American Scale includes Colorado, Wyoming and Northern New Mexico.
Prompt "Customer Service" has always been the motto of American Scale, which has attributed to the success of the business. Factory trained service technicians with a large backup of inventory parts and accessories helps keep the service calls to a minimum, thus saving the customer down time and money.
"Sales" are always handled professionally and quickly with factory trained sales people, knowledgeable with all weighing equipment, from lab balances to truck scales, even railroad track scales. Literature is available upon request.
